Fuzzball and the litter box

I can't help but wonder if Fuzzball goes outside of the litter box just to get my attention. If I catch her and place her in the litter box, then she uses it. On the other hand, this might just be the inevitable loosening of the bowels that would have happened whether she was in the box or not.
