It just clicked for me today. There really is no excuse for undecided voters at this point in the campaign! If you haven't figured out the issues yet, go to a couple of candidate matcher sites. They ask you to indicate your position on key issues and how important those issues are to you. Then you can find out which candidate is the best match for you. Granted, no one will be perfect.
If you're not interested in the issues, then maybe voting just isn't for you. Stay home!

I think undecided voters are the people who know what they think on the issues, and I think they know what the candidates think on the issues...but they can't decide which issues are the most important. So, maybe they agree with McCain on an issue or two and with Obama on an issue or two.
One of those candidate sorters might help them out as far as the number of issues they agree on...but if they can't decide which ones are more important than others...it could get tough.
And then there's the fact that a lot of those campaign thinggies told me I should vote for Dennis Kuccinich...and I think he's a nut! A nice, ameiable and mostly harmless nut...as long as he isn't president.
Well, a preference for Kuccinich would still get you much closer to Obama than to McCain! On of mine ranked me high for Kuccinich too, though all the rest listed him below Obama.
